Wings: none. Replaced by two different tufts of greenish deer hair to imitate the front legs.
                                                                           Hackle: none.
                                                                           Head: black tying thread
This bulky popper, imitates a frog, a mouse or any other bulky animal accidentally fallen into the lake and trying to escape. It requires a strong and powerful rod, line #8 upward, a stout leader. Pikes often attack this fly and a steel tip is suggested.
