“Lattarini” are very common fish in the Lake Bolsena (and very good, too!) and represent the main meal for basses and pikes. Their name “Lattarini” reminds the italian name of milk (“latte”) and are very light in color. The two beads make it sink from the head and when retrieved, the up-and-down movement results extremely attractive to predators. To be used deep, as near the bottom as possible, moved along the rocks and submerged trees.
